This workshop is designed for small groups of women as it gives a more one on one time. It is about getting the participants clear on their financial goals and showing them how they can achieve their financial goals through property investing. If you have questions like, is property investment a good idea? how do I start investing in property? How can I invest in property with little money? How much money do I need to invest in a property?, If you have investment properties and they are not giving you the returns you expected, or if you have investment properties and want to grow your portfolio further, then you need to attend this workshop.
This is a 3 hour workshop with in depth knowledge, not only about property investing but also about understanding your own self, who you are and how you operate and how you can succesfully invest in property, so the portfolio you create derives you your desired income. This is exciting stuff.
Part 1. Women & Money:

Part 2. Financial Empowerment.
How to achieve the above mentioned goals through investing. Why invest in property. What other means of investment are out there. Risks involved. How to protect yourself. What to do and what not to do. How to get started in Property Investing. I will also be sharing investment strategies which you could apply in your own lives.
At the end of this workshop, you will have a clear understanding what you need to do in terms of investing in property either locally or interstate.

About the Presenter
Reshmi Kumar
Is a self made property millionaire with a massive property portfolio. With almost 20 years of experience in investing, she has helped many clients achieve their dreams. Arriving in Australia in 1997 with only $4500, she worked as a Radiographer in the Campbelltown region. She started investing in properties in 1999.
One of her goals was to raise her children herself without the need to send them to childcare. She replaced her income by the time she was 30 and says with the right guidance it is all possible. “When I was investing there weren't many people teaching or mentoring how to build a successful portfolio. I learnt it the hard way, that is why I decided to share my knowledge with people who are keen to make a difference in their lives.” – Reshmi Kumar
Apart from coaching and mentoring women she has set up other businesses follwing her passion for music. She is also the backbone of one of Australias leading buyers agency company Right Property Group. Reshmi started the Right on Track program 10 years ago in order to provide an environment where all Australians can thrive.
